Unconditional Love...

Is a blog all about me and who i am, to encourage me and help me realise it is okay to be who i am, as i am and to make happen everything in my life that is important to me. This blog highlights interests and loves i have in life to put my life into perspective for me. I'm a lover of yoga, fitness, health, beauty, good food, love, Autumn, organic skin-care, the italian language and culture, being naked, red wine, salmon, peanut butter and chocolate chip ice-cream pie, water, rose turkish delight, soy chai latte's, camping, hiking, buddhism, my own space, spooning, snuggling, swimming naked, charity work. My Goals: be fit and healthy, eat healthy, tone up, be happy, study teaching, beauty therapy, mental health and yoga (get degrees in all areas), go to italy, speak the italian language fluently, feel beautiful, study well, have great careers, own a ginger cat, live in a terrace house, be surrounded by and give love to the world, make a difference in the world, not just exist, be great at yoga and always do some form of chairty work. Me: Tall, Slim, Blue eyes, Brown hair, perfectionist, worrier, yoga doing, charity working, primary education studying, waitress, with a love for the world, people and natural beauty. I want to feel inspired, healthy, energetic, happy and full of life. I am determined to wake up every morning and to be exciting for another day. One day an unconditional love of myself and my life will be achieved... where my goals will be reality. This blog is my inspiration and encouragement to always believe i can achieve that life and anything i dream of becoming!

"Realize you can be happy this moment for no reason. Otherwise, you eternally depend on conditions for happiness. Unconscious of this moment, you remain a victim of circumstances."

"Good and bad stuff happen. I believe it’s more important to develop a strong sense of self that lives life to the fullest (a.k.a. letting the bad and good stuff happen), knowing that life is about living it all. Not just preventing pain. But accepting that pain is a part of life. When we accept that pain is a part of life, we begin to free ourselves from the chains that bind us and thus step into a greater world."

"I don’t have to be anything at all. I don’t even have to be myself, because there is no such thing as not being myself. I am inescapably myself."
